My technique

My teacher, Jenny Hill, was a student of Elvira de Hidalgo, the teacher of Maria Callas, and our school of singing goes back to Manuel Garcia II, and, through his father, to the Italian masters of the seventeenth century. Although the technique they taught produced many wonderful singers of opera, it is useful for singers of all genres, allowing the greatest range, control, and beauty of tone whilst being efficient and safe for the vocal chords.
